Terms & Conditions of Registration

Joining and studying with us requires following the terms below. The English – VIP Academy might change these terms without prior notice to users. If you do not like our own terms, you will not be allowed to use our services

  • Parent's consent in case of age less than 15 years old
  • Determination of work schedules in advance and commitment after the beginning of the study
  • Availability of stable Internet connection and a suitable device for live broadcasts
  • Commitment to homework assignments recommended by the teacher and reviewing the answers with the teacher

Cancelation and Withdrawal

If the user decides to withdraw and cancel the registration, the amount paid is not refundable. The Academy may decide to return a part of the amount depending on the situation. The refund may reach 100% if the excuse was convincing.

Changing classes dates

If the student decides to change or not attending the class, he/she should inform the teacher and get an approval before the at least 24 hours of the class time.

The English - VIP Academy aims to graduate students who speak English fluently, so we have to highlight some points for our students before joining us and adhering to the above conditions to ensure that you and the academy will get the more benefit.
